Key Responsibilities:

PRPC Base Product Experience:

• Utilize at least 4 years of experience in PRPC base product with hands-on experience in integration services such as web services, JMS, MQ series, and various frameworks.

Architecture and Database:

• Apply hands-on experience in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) for architecture definition.
• Work on database SQL programming to support application functionality.

Methodologies and Client Interaction:

• Implement BPM methodologies like SmartBPM and Scrum.
• Handle client-facing roles both onsite and offshore, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
• Participate in project estimation and planning activities.

Technical Leadership:

• Demonstrate strong technical leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.

Frameworks and Configurations:

• Knowledge of Decision Strategy Manager (DSM) and mobile frameworks.
• Experience with application server configurations and deployments in complex technical environments.

Certifications:

• CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect), CMBB (Certified Methodology Black Belt), or CBA (Certified Business Architect) certifications are highly desirable.

Professional Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Experience in onshore-offshore delivery models.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and manage technical projects independently.
